ESCENTUAL HEALING With Rebecca Marr at Orchids Retreat

This unique and inspiring course takes you on a deep dive into the 7 main chakras as you learn about their characteristics and how they affect us emotionally, psychologically, physically, and spiritually. During the 7 weeks you will discover how to rebalance each chakra through several ancient healing techniques including the power of scent using essential oils, crystal healing, meditation, and Reiki.

Rebecca is a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, Crystal Healing Therapist and Pilates Instructor with a lifelong passion for spiritual practices such as astrology, energy healing, working with the moon cycles and tarot, all of which she continues to combine with her interest and education in health, fitness, and wellbeing. Rebecca has continuously studied the endless healing benefits of using essential oils and implements them regularly within these modalities and practices. Through her work and personal experiences, Rebecca understands the undeniable connection between the power of scent and how it can help heal the mind, body, and emotions and looks forward to passing her findings on during these 7 weeks.

After many years of study, teaching and healing, Rebecca has created the Escentual Healing course, offering the ultimate form of self-care, self-love, and self-empowerment. Rebecca strongly believes we are all worthy of taking the time to give to ourselves and the aim of the course is to provide the participants with the knowledge and practices to assist in continuing their own healing journey with complete confidence, self-belief, and tools for doing so.
