The "1% mindset" is the philosophy of making small, consistent, daily improvements that compound over time to create significant long-term growth.

It involves embracing a disciplined, proactive approach to life, focusing on continuous self-improvement beyond your comfort zone, and taking ownership of your actions and results.
This mindset is about consistent effort rather than seeking instant results or relying on talent or luck.
The Japanese Kaizen philosophy promotes thus in business to be 1% better everyday because the accumulation of mini movements builds, creates and achieves monumental milestones.
With athletes if they become 1% better everyday that’s when they continue to be successful, to win games, to achieve greatness.
What are your Core Beliefs ~ Your 1% Beliefs?
In a psychological or self-help context, "1% beliefs" can be a metaphorical term for deeply ingrained core beliefs that you’ve grown up with. Rewiring your mindset and mouthset to change your beliefs into enabling and positive takes time.
It’s important to commit to yourself and the process of implementing and improving because one percent is a small number but it can have a massive impact on a your life.
These beliefs can be the difference in achieving your goals because they can positive (enabling) or negative (limiting). Examples of how these little phrases can make a big impact on your thoughts…
👍🏼Positive (Enabling) Beliefs:
"I am worthy of love and happiness."
"My opinions matter."
"I can achieve my goals."
👎🏼Negative (Limiting) Beliefs:
"I am not good enough."
"People are generally untrustworthy."
"The world is a dangerous place."
Here are six strategies to improve your beliefs to become the 1%:
✨Incremental progress: Focus on making a 1% improvement each day, as this can lead to a 37 times increase in progress over a year.
✨Discipline over motivation:Develop the habit of taking action consistently, even when you don't feel like it.
✨Embrace discomfort:Growth happens outside your comfort zone, so be willing to do things that are difficult or uncomfortable.
✨Take ownership: Accept responsibility for your life and your results, understanding that you are the one in control of your actions and reactions.
✨Continuous learning:Stay curious and commit to ongoing learning and improvement in all areas of life.
✨Perseverance:View challenges as opportunities for growth and be resilient enough to push through setbacks and failures.
Now that you’ve started to implement the six strategies to developing a growth mindset let’s apply them to taking aligned action towards your goals.

✨Focus on the process:Don't get discouraged if you don't see immediate results. Trust that consistent, small actions will compound over time.
Remember the mathematics behind the 1% rule is compelling. If you improve by just 1% every day, you won't merely be 365% better by the end of the year, you'll be 37 times better. This is due to compound growth, where small gains build upon previous progress, accelerating improvement over time.
